William is in grade two at St. Francis Rehabilitation Project Malindi. He has had to crawl on the ground since he was young which made him unhappy because he was always dirty especially during the rainy season. This caused him low self-esteem, which made it hard for him to make friends. When he received the Mobility Cart he was overjoyed because he no longer has to crawl on the ground resulting in a higher self-esteem. He has made more friends since and interacts better with the other children. His teachers are amazed at the improvement they see in William and are thankful for the Mobility Cart donation.
