Partners for Care delivers 100 Gifts of Mobility Carts in Embu County

We are pleased to have partnered with Honourable Pamela Njoki Njeru, Embu County Women Representative in donating 100 Mobility Carts to People Living With Disabilities (PWDs) in Embu County. The PWDs were also given capital to start businesses so they could be self-sustaining. This shows the great level of commitment from the county to not only make the PWDs mobile but also enable them to become financially independent. The event was graced by Honourable Kimani Ichung’wa, Parliament Majority Leader, Honourable Lydia Haika, Taita Taveta Women Representative, Honourable Jane Njeri Maina, Kirinyaga Women Representative, The National Government Affirmative Action Fund (NGAAF) officials, PWDs’ leaders, PWDs and Embu County residents. We appreciate Mobility Worldwide our partners in the Mobility Carts Program.
