Her mother clapped for joy that this cart she can use to take Scarlet to church (a 30 minute walk) and around town and not have to carry her! Mother says thank you God! Mother also tells Scarlet died twice – once when being born and again at 9 months. Mother states she prayed and fasted30 days and a miracle save Scarlet’s life again.”
