PfC: Isaac now on his way with Gift of Mobility Cart

Isaac fell ill at a tender age which unfortunately left him physically challenged. Today he received a Mobility Cart which will enable him go to school, church and visit friends. He is grateful to Partners for Care for providing him with a cart.
