“Now I won’t have to carry her to school on my back”

This week’s success.
I met Fatmata in December in a village called Tombo. She is 10 and had polio when she was tiny.
Here she is before and after the ‘mobility cart’ was delivered. Sulaiman, one of our brilliant young volunteers, took it to her on Wednesday.
Her mum cried and said “Now I won’t have to carry her to school on my back”.
I just had to share this with you all. It’s a great reward for all our efforts and your donations.
Just look at Fatmata’s face as she rides the cart for the first time.
