Fidel Gaspar Rubio known to all as “Gabino” received a pleasant surprise with a Mobility Cart so he can get around his town since he is disabled.
Two years ago, Gabino was hit by a car while on his bike, which rendered him disabled and left him crawling on the streets. Gabino works as a checker at the Tamazunchale – Chapulhuacán base.
Lucio Cortes, of the Ephesios Medical Brigade Foundation, A.C. coordinated by Pastor Diego Garcia, arrived and delivered Gabino a Mobility Cart.
