From Burma Children Medical Fund: Today, a team from BCMF kicked off our second wheelchair fitting and training mission before the rainy season starts. For the next three days, BCMF will train 18 volunteers from various local organisations, to properly fit adults and children with wheelchairs. The team is expecting to fit 60 adults and children with wheelchairs and Mobility Carts during this mission!

BCMF training
Before the training, staff and interns assembled a wheelchair, as well as an adult and a child mobility cart. This helps the trainees see what type of wheelchairs they will learn to assemble and fit recipients for.

BCMF training
The training includes how to fill an assessment for before the actual wheelchair fitting takes place.
