Kelvin, 34 from Sandoval Sorto, San Pedro, Honduras was surprised at a church service and presented with a Mobility Cart! Paralyzed from polio at age 3, he learned to dance on his hands. After receiving the cart, he repeated over and over “gracias” but stated he may still dance on his hands! A church member will accompany Kelvin as he learns to handle driving it.
