Donate $400 and if you wish to honor someone with that donation, you can have a tag added to the mobility cart stating, “This cart is donated in honor of [NAME] in [YEAR].”
Please provide your name, contact information, and the name and contact information of the honoree. We ask for the honoree’s contact information to send them an acknowledgment and add them to our contact list.

Unlike many charity options which have substantial compensation packages for their executives, Mobility Worldwide West Michigan is staffed with volunteers at all levels within the organization. 100% of your donation dollars are used to cover all costs associated with producing and shipping our Mobility Carts.
